Art Journal Journey - Birds

Another page for my theme of birds on Art Journal Journey. The background is Distress oxides and I drew the branch, The images are coloured with watercolour pens

I just love the look on the faces of the birds and cats,
I am also entering this in Art Every Day

Still some colour left in the garden.

I laughed out loud when I saw DINNER. Those cats remind me of one I had years ago. I picked up a stray that a friend asked me to take in, and he was always snooping around the house. At that time I had two gerbils, and I called one "Lunch" and the other "Librig," which is gerbil spelled backward. This one brought up lots of fun memories for me and the journal entry is really clever. Thanks so much for this inspiring (and HILARIOUS) journal entry using your theme at Art Journal Journey.

You have so many beautiful photos from your garden. I am in LUST with your beautiful garden and the up close photos are amazing, dear.

I'm with about those expressions. These birds and cats really have a lot of personality and it shows. And you still have a lot of color in your garden. The flowers are beautiful Wendy. hugs-Erika
