Wing is the subject this week on Every Inchie Monday. I have been away, and didn't have time to make my inchie last week, and I have rather rushed these two. One has small flowers on, and a butterfly that I have painted with Cosmic Shimmer acrylic inks, and the other butterfly I made with friendly plastic. It just fits on the inch square.

Every Inchie Monday -- Light
On Every Inchie Monday the subject is 'light'. I decided to do a lighthouse. I painted the background, and did a shrink plastic lighthouse. I also added a few small bits of black stone to the foreground.

Artful times challenge - Maps
The challenge on Artful Times is maps/cartography. This time I have made a card. I inked the edges with distress inks, and stuck on a map of Italy, showing Venice. I then stamped some images, and stuck them onto the map. I'm not very pleased with it, I was in too much of a hurry, but it might come in useful for a male birthday one day.

Every Inchie Monday - Bed
On Every Inchie Monday the subject is bed. I decided to do a sea bed. I stuck some sand and shells along the bottom, coloured in the sea, and then drew and stuck on some yarn to represent seaweed.

Bag made from old shirts
On a week away with some friends we made a bag with cut up bits from shirts from a charity shop. I am now after Peters shirts so I can make a bigger one. It was great fun using button or buttonhole bands for handles, and pockets for the outside. I used a wide cuff to make a pocket inside the bag. There are various other bits sewn on the outside, The squares that formed the basis of the bag we embroidered with the sewing machine.

Every Inchie Monday -- Table
On Every Inchie Monday the subject is table. I was going to sew one, but it was a disaster, so back to the pen and paint. I might have another go at sewing, after I have tackled the garden. I decided on a bird table for this one. As you can see, I can't draw small birds very well, they are far too big
