A Thrush and a Barn owl for http://paintpartyfriday.blogspot.com/ this week. The barn owl I did with my new set of pastel pencils which are so much nicer to use than the normal stick ones, not so messy. As the owl has a lot of white on it, I decided to do it on coloured pastel paper to help show up the white better.
