The words this week are ' Wi-Fi went down for five minutes so had to talk to the family - they seem quite nice' Ann has had a bit of a problem with her computer, but has found out that the Wi-Fi has gone down. It's not something she can fix herself, so rather than sit in her room and stare at a black screen she has gone into the lounge where the rest of her family are standing around chatting. Her two young sisters look a bit surprised to see her and mum and dad also look a bit bemused. "the Wi-Fi has gone" down Ann complains and then joins in with the conversation that was already going on. When at last the Wi-Fi was restored she went back into room and emailed her best friend, who has been expecting an answer to her email. Sorry writes Ann, the Wi-Fi went down for five minutes so had to talk to the family - they seem quite nice.
Im linking this to the theme on Art Journal Journey set by Valerie which is When one door closes another one opens.
This is a photo of my husbands study not mine like last week. I have the biggest room in the house he has the smallest. Neet will confirm this.

Fabulous page, Wendy, love how your door opens and closes. As always a great quote and story, you and Neet are so good at this. Thanks so much for linking to my challenge at AJJ! Have a great day, hugs, Valerie
Yes, Wendy's room is so much bigger than Peter's but then is that not usually the case with couples. In our case I have a craftroom he does not have anything.
Great page again Wendy - love how you are keeping with putting doors on the pages. Do I spy some foreign faces?
Hugs, Neet xx
This is such a fun page Wendy. Nice how you could use the quote and a door, and great how it opened too. I like how you included the "poor" computer behind the door, all lonely waiting for wi-fi to come back. Smile. This is a super page and I'm glad you linked it with us at AJJ. Hope your day and week are going well. Hugs-Erika
The back story is fantastic as well as the page you created to illustrate it. Thank you for linking to Valerie's theme at AJJ Wendy.
Yvonne xx
I love how you have created Ann's family and the adorable back story you shared to go with the art. Lovely, well colored characters and a clever way to link to Valerie's theme at Art Journal Journey. Simply a lot of fun, dear.
So funny Wendy! I'm hoping that two of my grandchildren are through this stage of being so attached to their phones. I love Ann's family. Your door is so cleverly done. Thanks for sharing this at AJJ. Have a great weekend, Chrisx
