Thursday Journal with Neet

This week the words are "Chaos, panic, disorder - My work here is done "  Where to start on this one. As I try to link it to Art Journal Journal, where Tracey's theme is 'My favourite colour is October'  I decided to go with one of the Dylusion cats. I started with a piece of wallpaper for the tree and drew some branches. I stamped some cobwebs and a couple of spiders. I coloured the cat in Autumn colours and added some die cut leaves. Smug the cat has been having fun, first of all he scared the blue bird who panicked and flew into the tree, where it is not happy, it hates spiders and there is one looking straight at him. He then shook the tree to make the leaves fall off. That also frightened a mouse who is hiding under the leaves at the base of the tree.  Feeling very pleased with himself, but annoyed he can't find the mouse he mutters to himself "chaos, panic, disorder, my work here is done"

I am linking this to Tracey's theme on Art Journal Journey

That is a serious amount of spiders - poor blue bird and very bad kitty!!! Love the kitty image and your fab tree along with the fun background, Wendy. So fun to see how you and Neet went in totally different directions this time (more different than usual). Great page and story. Hugz

Your title sounds just like my past working week haa haa.. lovely little story, it's patter reminded me of *there was an old Lady who swallowed a Fly...* I'm happy that Smug didn't catch the wee mouse. Thanks for joining me @ AJJ, I adore those Autumnal colours.
Hugs Tracey xx
