Thursday Journal with Neet

The words this week are " I never insult anyone, I just describe them accurately" This is the last of Dyan's quotes, the next ones are some that Neet has found. We have given Dyan's a good run and need a break. Amy and Ellie are having a nice Autumnal walk in their local park and have stopped for a while to admire the lovely colours. Sitting on the bollards they are discussing some of their friends and what they might be doing on such a lovely day. Ellie is much younger than Amy and listened in horror as Amy began describing their friends. saying how much time they waste on the internet and how a good walk would do them all a lot of good. It will ruin their eyesight, too much screen time and all those harmful things you can get from the blue light that computers give out. I think they are sad, and need to get a real life instead of all the rubbish they watch says Amy. Ellie think Amy is being very unfair and tells her so. Amy's reaction to that is "I never insult anyone, I just describe them accurately"

Fabulous page and story, I always marvel how you and Neet manage to find such clever stories to fit with your pages. Your page is wonderful, love the colours and falling leaves, and thanks for joining Tracey's challenge at AJJ again, hugs, Valerie

A lovely autumnal scene, I do like the leaves falling down around the two of them.

I'm glad you are continuing even though you've made it through Dyan's quotes. These pages are always so much fun to see. I like Ellie's idea about a good walk. It is true! Smile. And your page is another wonderful autumn beauty. Thanks for linking up to Tracey's challenge Wendy. Have a super end of your week. Hugs-Erika

I'm with Amy on this one, there's a wealth of things to discover outdoors rather than sat at home being absorbed by what other people want us to see. Those falling leaves add a real calmness to your page Wendy, always good to take a break from things that have become routine and discover new things. So happy to see you join me again @ AJJ, another fab page.
Hugs Tracey xx

Lucky them to be out on a sunny day - I wish my granddaughter didn't spend so much time on her phone. Lovely colours and those falling leaves are just perfect for Tracey's theme, Hugs, Chrisx

I am sorry to read that you have come to the end of Dyan's quotes. I always love seeing what you and Neet have created each week. They are often so different, even though it's the same quote. I love how the leaves are falling around the two. I think this is an excellent final entry and a great way to honor Tracey's theme at Art Journal Journey, too.
