A pied wagtail this week for Paint Party Friday. One of our frequent visitors, running along the top of our roof to catch the flies. I love the way their tales wag up and down. Sometimes we see a grey wagtail, but very rarely a yellow one. We live in the wrong area for those.

What a lovely painting. We have several of these birds that are regulars at the birdfeeders. They are real characters.
Beautiful painting, hugs, Valerie
I love these little birds. They always look as if they run by clockwork. Beautiful.
Wendy this is a beautiful painting. You have a great talent.
Beautiful Wendy!
Any type of fly catcher is good. Happy PPF
Coffee is on and stay safe
how sweet! I am in awe of you talented bird artists. Happy PPF!
Oh that's so beautiful Wendy! :) By the way, the bread recipe...the original recipe says to bring your water to 70-75 F for the yeast...I left it in the recipe, but I'm going to change that. I always have more success proofing my yeast at 100-105 F.
Lovely
That's lovely.
Another very elegant bird painting ~ awesome!

Such a beautiful painting! We see Pied Wagtails here along the seafront too, I love how they bob up and down 😁. Happy weekend! Hugs, Jo x
love it. The wagtail is one of my favorites. The first one to come in spring and almost the last one to leave in fall. :) Brings lots of joy.
Oh, this is cute too. You know how to draw/paint!
