Gosh the days seem to be racing by. Here is my painting for today on Art Everyday month, a lesson from Life book. I didn't follow the tutor as I don't like drawing odd caricature faces very much. The lesson was called everything but the kitchen sink. Lots of different techniques and some texture.

Art Everyday Month Day 4
For Art Everyday Month I have a painting I did for Life Book with Effy Wild. I loved putting these bright colours watercolours on this one.
Thursday Journal with Neet
This weeks words are ' Until you spread your wings you have no idea how far you'll fly' Clare and Sharon are going for a walk, it's a very windy Autumn day and the last of the leaves are blowing off the trees. It's so windy that Sausage Clare's dog was having trouble as his ears kept being blown upwards, it was most uncomfortable. Clare had sensibly tied her hair back but Sharon's was blowing all over the place. The purpose of the walk was to have an important conversation away from Sharon's parents. She explained to Clare that she was thinking of taking herself off to Australia for an adventure. There were so many places she longed to see and although she would be on her own, she felt she could manage, especially as they all spoke English, and she wasn't going to go backpacking in the wild areas. What do you think" she asked Clare. Clare thought her friend could cope and said : until you spread your wings, you will never know how far you'll fly"

Art Everyday Month Day 3
For Art Everyday Month I have an art journal spread. The quote says by L Driscoll:
Hold fast to your dreams, within your heart. Keep one still secret spot where dreams may go, and sheltered so may thrive and grow where doubt and fear are not.

Art Every Day Month. Day 2
For Art Every day Month I have posted one of my (catch up) free taster lessons on Life Book. The tutor for this one was Cinnamon Cooney. I have never drawn a cow before, so it was a bit of a surprise that it actually looks like one.

Art Every day Day 1
Today is the start of Art Every day, and last year I discovered it on a friends blog. I didn't manage all of the days last year, so this year I aim to do better. This is my entry for Day 1 this year. This is one one the lessons on this years Life Book, the title of the class was called I step into the light. The tutor was Ida Andersen-Lang an artist from Denmark. It is in watercolours and I really enjoyed doing this one, and she is a wonderful artist.
I am also linking this to Art Journal Journey where Chris's theme is All kinds of weather.
