Thursday Journal.

This is the final one for Sharon's theme of Winter on Art Journal Journey. I inked the sky and put some gesso on the ground. When dry I sprinkled on some glitter and some white stickies, which aren't very obvious on the white. I stamped some snowflakes on the sky and added some of the dreaded embossing powder.

Cynthia had decided just before Christmas to go out for a walk in the local park with her little dog Chip (short for chipolata a thin sausage) Although the sun was shining when they left home the park was a mistake. It looks as if the whole village was out for a walk as well. It was very busy and she didn't dare let Chip off his lead.

Cynthia was really fed up. So was her little dachshund  who didn't want to go out in the snow, after all he only had very small feet and short legs. What if the snow was very deep he wouldn't be able to walk. All this was going through Chips mind and all four feet were dragging along all the way. "Please behave, I'm not really enjoying myself either, I hate it when I go out in public and the public are there" said Cynthia.

Merry Christmas Wendy. What a fun page and story. The little dachshund is sooo cute, and I get why he might not like the snow with those little legs. And you picked the perfect image for Cynthia as she does look fed up. Thanks for joining Sharon, and I hope you have a fantastic Christmas too. hugs-Erika
