Gosh this was a difficult one on The Craft Barn Dictionary Challenge this time, especially as we had to include a pearl. I chose to do zip for my tag entry. The background is distress ink and I found an old pattern with instructions on how to put a zip in. I cut it up and used it for my background. I then stamped my one and only zip stamp and adhered it to the tag. I put a pearl on the end of the zip puller.
There are a few lines of zig zag stitch as well.

Snap! I love the way you have incorporated the pearl.
Wendy, I give you credit. Between your lovely stamp and Scrapmate who used a die, your zipper is simply incredible. Much better looking than my weak attempt.
Yes, I will raise the number to six. I'm sure there may even be two or three more in the world who don't have cell phones, but I have just never felt the need for them. I have enough trouble with my land line, I don't need more aggravation with a cell phone, too (grin).
Great tag - love the background pattern pieces!
A fantastic idea Wendy and I loved seeing a bit of an old pattern

I think that's a brilliant interpretation of the challenge. Pleasing to the eye as well.
Your pearl looks as if it actually has a real purpose here and surely that's worth some additional points! Great complementary background too.
That is a great tag Wendy. The zip, zig-zag stitching and the pearl look great. Clever lady.
Wow a very clever way to combine the different elements. I love the zip instructions backing and the pearl on the zip tag xx
Great idea. Love your sewing background!!
Lovely tag & a great idea to use the pearl on the zip pull.
A lovely piece and the combination of elements is very clever - the background pattern, the zip with pearl and the zigzag stitches!
The zip insertion instructions was the perfect backdrop for the zip image and I love the way you incorporated the pearl. A great tag.
