On Every Inchie Monday Egyptian is the word. For the stampbord one. I painted the background black and embossed the hieroglyphics in gold. I then added a shrink plastic Tut mask.
For the sewn one, after many attempts with fabric that kept fraying I made a pyramid with the reverse side of some leatherette, which was the nearest colour I could find to stone. Not a very exciting sewn one this time.

Wonderful inchies Wendy
Love Chrissie xx
Great inchies, I love the King Tut mask!
The stamp board one is stunning! Fraying fabric has to be one of the most annoying things ever, a good way round it is either bondaweb or iron-on interfacing in case you want to use the fabric again for something else :-)

Two fabulous inchies, as always, you amaze me with the awsome details in a small space.

Nice pyramid, but Tut is gorgeous.
These pieces are just fabulous, Wendy. I really like the sewn pyramid.
Two great inchies. I love the design of your pyramid. How clever to use the fabric you did. Your tut mask is lovely. It is so glorious is reality. I still must dig out my shrink plastic. Love how you have emphasized the gold.
Like both of these inchies. I think your pyramid turned out great. Tut is always gorgeous.
Both inchies are awesome. So much detail!
Unreal Tut! That cloth pyramid is so cute :)
Cool inches! I especially like the king Tut one.
