The challenge this week is Stone, so the first thing I thought of was drawing one, which I did on watercolour paper which I had previously painted. I drew the stones, and then wrote (badly) the words. I wasn't happy with it, so back to the sewing machine I went, and made the yellow one, which has some shiny dots on it. I then stuck on a polished tiger-eye stone, that I have been hoarding for years.

I like both these Wendy, they are such a contrast to each other. The stitched one is gorgeous and very rich looking, but your drawn one is very natural and simple.
Both of them are lovely! Clever you! I really struggled this week :)
Both really lovely Wendy - your stitched inchies are amazing
Both are beautiful, but I am partial to the first.
I absolutely love tiger eye! that one is so beautiful. what a great job!
We went the same route - except your drawing looks like a stone. Mine looked more like a mouldy potato!
I love the tiger eye. Very shiny.
Both of these are just terrific Wendy. Well done for drawing one it looks wonderful
Best wishes Chrissie xx

I really like both of these! You're drawing is amazing! I love the way you've incorporated a real stone in the second one - amazing!
