Thursday journal.

Neet is still not well and missing doing our Thursday journal.

This week the words are 'I don't have a shopping problem. You have a problem with my shopping.

Sophie and her mum Sarah are having a bit of a difference of opinion as to what Sophie should be buying with her pocket money and the small amount she earns doing shopping for some off the elderly people who live near them. As far as Sophie is concerned it's her money and she wants to buy the things she likes.

Her mum on the other hand thinks Sophie should buy sensible things like comfy shoes and clothes that suit her age group.

Sophie was really into steampunk at the moment and had bought herself a nice pair of boots and hat both steampunk style. Her mum obviously thought they were awful and told Sophie what she thought of them.

Sophie was not giving in and said to her mum " I don't have a shopping problem. You have a problem with my shopping"

There wasn't an essays answer to that so Sophie's mum just gave up and went to cook dinner. She just hoped that Sophie wouldn't wear that ridiculous hat to dinner. She dreaded what Sophie's dad would think of it.

I am linking this to Elle's theme on Art Journal Journey of Halloween, Steampunk or Steampunk Halloween.

Poor Neet, I hope she is out of hospital now :( Another fun page and story, love those boots and that hat Wendy, her mum obviously knows nothing about fashion if she doesn't like them lol. Thanks for joining in with my theme this month, elle xx

That's a fun page Wendy. But I agree with Sophie mainly because I love her steampunk outfit. What a fun post. This is great for Elle's challenge, and I'm glad you're still joining us even with Neet unable to. Thank you. And Happy Halloween to you. hugs-Erika

That's a great quote, and the story goes with it perfectly!
Your journal page is fantastic; it fits the story so wonderfully.
I hope Neet gets better soon.
