The words this week are 'Once upon a timeI didn't care, I still don't'
Enid had invited her friend Anthea to her room to show her the decorations she had put on the wall to celebrate Halloween. Anthea wasn't really interested but went round to see if they were an improvement on any of the previous years she had gone round to 'admire' the decorations. Enid kept her room orange so it was an easy background for her obsession with decorating it every year for Octobers All Hallows Eve.
As usual Anthea was greeted by Lucky, Enid's cat who she was a little bit scared of.
“Well what do you think of it” Enid asked looking really pleased with herself.
“I tell you this every year, I really don’t like Halloween things, they give me the creeps. Once upon a time I didn’t care, I still don’t. The End. I do like it more than last years though, there are no creepy decorated skulls looking at me this time.” With that over with, Anthea headed for the door, looking back at Enid she said “see you later at our usual coffee place”

A great story, and she doesn't like it either, but now she was happier with the way the room was decorated. A wonderful page from the two of them, and with a great Halloween background!

That's a great quote haha. I love that she keeps her house orange all year round that would be my idea of a nightmare, but if she likes Halloween that much, then it's a solid plan. I love how she's just kicking up her heels and leaving Enid to deal with the spooky cat. Thanks for joining in with my theme this month, elle xx
Great picture and story Wendy. So annoyed I can’t join in with things in this theme.
I like the background and it would be good if she could just switch colours at month end. That’s the perfect Catford Halloween so it helps make the perfect page.
