Thursday journal with Neet

The words this week are 'You can exercise all you want, you're never going to burn that crazy off'

There is a new theme of Hot Summer (nights or days) set by Chris of Pearshaped crafting on Art Journal Journey. So I have made a seaside scene for my first page this month. As it is in my Dylusion journal the figures are from the Dylusion range.

Stephanie had gone to the beach with her friend Angela and no sooner had they arrived that Angela had declared that see was going to run the length of the beach and then do some exercises  to help keep her waistline slim.

Stephanie was quite happy with her waistline and intended to take a nice slow wander down the beach and look for shells or some sea glass to make some jewellery with. She definitely wasn't going to run the length of the beach, in fact she didn't think she would even get from one end to the other. It was far too hot for doing silly things like that. In fact she thought that in this heat it was complete madness.

"Are you coming with me" Angela asked.

" No fear it's too hot, you can exercise all you want, you're never going to burn  that crazy off, I'll wave to you as you whizz past me" replied Stephanie

Love the topic of the beach with your figures working so well and those gorgeous seagulls circling overhead. A good story too, makes me think of the huge beaches Northumberland way, they would be good for running on but then I am past all of that.
Have a lovely weekend.
Hugs, Neet xx

That's a great oceans scene Wendy. And I can't imagine running on the beach in those shoes. :) But it's a super story and your page came out terrific. It's perfect for Chris' AJJ challenge. Thanks for joining in again. And I hope you've had a super week so far. hugs-Erika

Your story is wonderful, Wendy! And I agree with Stephanie - no running on the beach for me! LOL Thanks so much for sharing your incredible art journal page and imaginative story with us. Sending you lots of hugs, Sharon
