I had some fun this week with Every Inchie Mondays new word - octopus.
I have three octopus rubber stamps ( doesn't everybody !) The first shrink plastic one ended up too large, and the other one is a bit too dark and doesn't look like an octopus, the third one was a waste of space and has gone into my grandchildren's when they get older box.
For the sewn one, I cut out a small piece of silk paper and did chain stitch for his tentacles. I ended up drawing one and have included the dark shrink plastic one as well.
This one was too big

no1 is very glamourous, no2 is very realistic and the last one must have been so difficult to get into such a small space.
I love all your attempts :-) The last one is wonderful!!!
You are a star! This week you surpassed even yourself. Now you are your own hard act to follow. Love them all, especially no 2, or is it no 3, or 1 or 4 :)
great inchies all -- too bad the one was too large - it is rather frightening!
Super inchies , but the sewn one is my favourite, fantastic tentacles.

So many, so clever, love 2&3 personally :-)
Sally
great inchies, the too big one is kind of scary.
Well done Wendy you certainly covered the subject well.
Love Chrissie xx
I love how you can make so many different interpretations from one theme! love them all
All are so different but so fun and creative. Thanks for sharing! Sarah.
I have to admit to liking the ones that don't look like "real" octopus best. Fantastic!
Wendy, they're all delightful, but I always like your embroidery best! Have a brilliant day! vc
Brilliant inchies. Your octopus' look so real.
