This week the word on every inchie Monday is Giraffe. The stampbord one has a shrink plastic giraffe, and on the sewn one I used black thread for the shape and markings. For those of you who don't know what stampbord is. it has a fabulous clay hard surface which is wonderful for inking (especially alcohol ink) and stamping. The substrate is hard so it wont buckle. You can scratch the surface away to make extra marks. It can be made into brooches, pendants, boxes etc It is very versatile.

Wonderful inchies Wendy and thanks for the heads up on the board as well
Love Chrissie
I love giraffes and your stitched one is so clever. I find stitching tiny things so hard - each stitch I make looks far too big but your giraffe is so good. The stampbord one is lovely too - it's a great product, isn't it?
Wonderful inchies! Love both :-)

Adorable inchies. Thanks for the info for "stampbord".
two great inchies - thanks for the info on stampbord - now - where do you get it? great work today, especially like the second one with the little tree.
Wow, these are wonderful. Your sewn ones are becoming more and more intricate.
