I don't want them in my garden either but they are so attractive and bees and butterflies love them. Three versions this time! I love the stitched one - you must have used such a fine thread for such a tiny image.
Wow! These are all fab Wendy.

All fab Wendy. Great sewing and drawing as always

Adore the sewn one! How tiny is that detail and the shading. Great inchies all around.
great inchies - the sewn one is excellent - love the embroidery. Your drawn ones are nice, as well. Like them both - the blue for Scotland and the more natural coloured one.
Lovely as always, don't know where you get the time!!

These thistles are so pretty. It's hard to believe they are weeds. I wonder sometimes what makes something a weed rather than a flower?
Fabulous sewn inchie, they all look great.

great inchies - love the embroidered one and your use of colour
love the stitched one. so much work in all of them, just not sure how you make such small stitches! great job
Lovely thistles & no sore fingers when handling them :-)

All three inchies are great. Like the sewn one and admire the patience it must take to stitch something that small.
Wendy, your thistles are beautiful. I especially like your embroidered one. Ambitious of you to do more than one and in different media. Great work! Have a brilliant day! c
Three inchies this time! Love your embroidery.
