For this inchie, on Every Inchie Monday, I used shrink plastic for the bicycle, and a painted background on watercolour paper. The cycle is of course riderless, as I can't draw people.

Artful Times Challenge No 28 Clean and simple
For this challenge on Artful Times I made a simple Sympathy card, with plain colours. I stamped the image onto white card, and layered it onto a metallic grey card. The message was stamped afterwards on a separate piece of card.

Steampunk Deco pages
These are four pages I have made for a Deco swap on KCUK. Luckily five of them have chosen steampunk as their subject, so I'm on a production line. You make two pages for each person.
The backgrounds are all done with Distress inks, splattered with water, and then stamped with a light-ish colour. Some of the images I stamped on separate card and then cut out. A few I used some die cuts and shrink plastic. Onto the next ones now. I have decided to enter these in the Try it on Tuesday challenge, which is for Inventors, inventions and steampunk

Fabric ATCs
These turquoise fabric ATCs are for a swap on a group I run. We have been doing a different colour every month, and why I haven't put the others on my blog, I don't know. Two of these are crazy patchwork, one of the others has scrim and tyvek on, and one felted with organza on top with a tyvek embellishment. Three of them I have sewn beads on to.
Every Inchie Monday -- Spring meadow
For the challenge on Every Inchie Monday this week the subject is Spring meadow, For this one, I painted the background, and then drew in some stems. The flowers were drawn with Cosmic Shimmer acrylic drawing ink, which are shimmery.

Embroidery at Celyn Textiles
This is an embroidery I made on a course at Celyn Textiles with Sheila Davies. It is basically layers of felt, jute scrim, chiffon scarf, and a design embroidered on top with free arm machine embroidery, all on top of black velvet. The flower like image is padded from the back to make it three dimensional. I really must get some of the others finished.

Artful Times Challenge - Stencils-masks
For this challenge on Artful Times we had to use stencils and/or masks. I have this mission to use up my Dreamweavers embossing paste before it goes hard. I decided to make my usual tags and set about pushing the paste through my chosen stencils. The tags had been inked before hand. I was a bit surprised to find that when they were dry, the embossing paste had soaked up some of the colour from the inks. That will save me having to colour the paste now, as I will try to work with the colours, rather than try to alter them. Here are the first stages.
I am not sure what to do next, so thinking cap on. I have managed to do two Time ones, but still stuck with the other two. I will do those at a latter date, when inspiration strikes. I added several stamped images, and various charms to the tags, leaving a bit of the textured background showing.

Every Inchie Monday -- Life
On Every Inchie Monday the subject is Life. Not really sure where to start with this one so just drew a bowl of cherries and added the quote.

Every Inchie Monday -- Mountain peak
I can't believe it's Monday again, where does the time go. On Every Inchie Monday, the subject is Mountain peak. This time I painted the mountains and then added some pearl paint on the tops to look like snow.

Artful Times Challenge 26 -- Charmed to meet you
The challenge on Artful Times this time is Charmed to meet you. The idea is to make charms that you can use on cards, jewelry, key fob etc We can also send them to Von to swap with the other ladies if you want to.
I started out by inking some white dominoes with alcohol inks, and stamping them with black stazon. Some I then coloured with sharpies. For two of them I used a piece of stampbord, and a games piece. These had the same treatment as the dominoes. I have drilled holes in some of them, but chickened out with others.

Every Inchie Monday - Travel
Once again on Every Inchie Monday, I reverted to the shrink plastic, and made a travel tag. This was glued onto an inchie, that I had stamped part of a travel stamp on to.
