I am finding this a real struggle, and will no doubt at some point give up. If in the meantime my faces improve that will be a bonus. I have sent for a book which might help (I hope) but in the meantime I will struggle on.

Another journal page
I am finding this a real struggle, and will no doubt at some point give up. If in the meantime my faces improve that will be a bonus. I have sent for a book which might help (I hope) but in the meantime I will struggle on.

Oh! don't lose heart Wendy - I think your faces are great. I can't do anything like this.
Not sure what you are worried about as your face is great and love your page. Hope the book you ordered will give you more confidence as it would be a shame to stop now when you are doing so brilliantly. Annette x
Do you know what!? This face is really beautiful and you've created a lovely page. I've always said that you have the perfect handwriting for journalling and you are doing so well.... it would be such a shame to give up. I'm sure it will get easier.

I think the face you have done is VERY expressive, and that's far more important than being perfectly drawn. Having said that I also think it IS well drawn, and that, like most of us, you are your own worst critic.
Stick at it Wendy, it will be worth it
