Thursday Journal with Neet

This is the last Thursday journal page for Chris's theme of Hot Summer ( nights or days) in Art Journal Journey and the words are 'Making sense just isn't your thing is it?'

I have been in Norfolk this week and this was done in a bit of a hurry.

Melissa and her cousin  Dinah are out in the sun taking some time out to relax. At least Melissa is relaxing her cousin seems to be walking to and fro without any sort of reason.

"For goodness sake sit down and stop pacing about, you make me feel tired just watching you"said Melissa.

"Well I'm hot for a start and I must have jobs to do at home and am feeling guilty" replied Dinah.

"It's hardly surprising is it, you have a top on with a long sleeved jacket on top of that, and a pair of boots as well. You have dyed your hair purple I suppose to match your leggings. Shame you couldn't match the top to the leggings though. Does this mean that every time you change your outfit you will have to dye your hair that colour, to match" said Melissa.

"I hadn't thought of that" replied Dinah.

"Making sense just isn't your thing is it? Just sit down, forget the jobs which no doubt you should have done before and relax" said Melissa

Figures in the same pose so a bit of telepathy there in a way. (wink wink)
You have smashed this quote which I found difficult to do and I obviously like your picture.
Have emailed you re the newbies.
Hugs, Neet xx

She's really busy dyeing her colors every time she's wearing something different!
You came up with a great story! You did a wonderful job with the page, and it fits perfectly with the journal page with the sun.

I hope you had a nice time away in Norfolk. I've been rereading a mystery series set there and I'd like to see the area because the book makes it sound lovely. And great page today Wendy. You picked the right characters to go along with Chris' theme and the story you wrote. Thanks for joining us at AJJ. Have a super rest of your week. hugs-Erika
