Gothic arch challenge - Cities

The Gothic arch challenge this week is cities. I love Rome, so thought I would do that. I inked the background, and stamped the image of the Colosseum. I then added some bits from an old travel book on Rome.

Chunky book. Doors and windows

I'm still in the chunky book mode, and these are for a swap for 4" x4" doors and windows. Having just done the chunky house one, this one was a must. Found it more difficult than I thought. They are a mixture of collage, texture paste, baby wipes, and images.

Gothic arch challenge Boys

I haven't done the Gothic arch challenge for months, so thought I had better get into the swing of things again. The picture is of my husband (the one in the hat), his two brothers, and two cousins. I think the picture suits the title of the challenge which is Boys.

Beer mat book---Vintage children

This book is made out of 4 beer mats, for the GAS MAMMA swap. The front is fabric, with an image transfer and bits of lace and buttons added. The inside pages are collage and stamping. I enjoyed doing this, and feel a visit to the pub is called for, as I have run out of beer mats.
