On Paint Party Friday I have painted a reed bunting. Not a bird you see very often apart from in and near reed beds. but very distinctive with the strange black head and white bib for the male.
Some of my dahlias:
Spot the cat. Leo hardly fits in this pot, he's so big. Why do my cats sit on my favourite plants?
Your dahlias are beautiful, love the curls in the close-up photo. Leo might be trying out vegetarian food. The painting of the bird is really striking. Gorgeous feathers and such a beautiful black head.
Oh, how nice to see 'extra' - dalias are beautiful as well as your bird(s)!
ReplyDeleteHappy PPF!
Beautiful bird and love the garden photos, I didn't know one could grow cats in flower pots! Hugs, Valerie
