Art Journal Journey Having fun

A family one again for my theme on Art Journal Journey of Having fun. This time the children and my son in law all all taking a dip in the sea in Applecross Bay. It is on the West coast of the Highlands of Scotland opposite the Isle off Skye, and just a walk away from where we stay. Too cold for me to even paddle in.
I used some scrim and texture paste at the bottom, for the seafood and distress inks for the sea.

    I realize I'm very far behind, but am slowly trying to catch up now that my blog is back. This is a beautiful spread, and I love how you used the map to show the location. I am truly impressed and love the texture you added at the bottom. I think this is a great entry for your theme at Art Journal Journey, Wendy.
