Every Inchie Monday -- Turkey

This week we are visiting Turkey. I have never been there, but one of my daughters did a few years ago and they loved it. I found this one very difficult and a bit of a challenge. There doesn't seem to be a National bird which is always a good option for me
Istanbul is the only city in the world spanning two continents so I have chosen to sew one of the well known buildings there with a background of part of the flag.
I have drawn the grey wolf (Canis Lupus) which is the National animal.

    I love these two inchies. The wolf is great and the silhouette of those buildings just says Turkey.

    Your inchies are both very indicative of this exotic country, but I love the silhouette of the mosque against the flag, very evocative. Dx
