A lovely one to do this week as I love owls. My stampbord one is shrink plastic and the sewn one, hand stitches to simulate feathers. It's on a felted background.
I am away for the weekend until Tuesday so this is a scheduled post.
Having seen the sewn owl in the flesh so to speak I can confirm it is beautifully stitched - a real work of art - fabulous Wendy and of course your stampboard one is super too. Thank you so much for my play away day on Tuesday it was fabulous. My mind was boggling when I went to bed and has been ever since - so many ideas and aspiration to do and make but alas, as I foresaw, there has been no time to "play" here!! But that doesn't mean I won't! Might ring you next week to ask a few questions on things I've forgotten what you said!!! Thanks again love Jenny x
What a parliament they make!

I love both of these owls, especially the stitched one.
ReplyDeleteBoth are lovely but your stitched one is my favourite...the texture and colouring is just perfect. Dx
