Every Inchie Monday the word is snail. For the stampbord one, I have painted a leaf with a shrink plastic snail chewing away on the fresh green leaf. For the sewn one, I have curled up some embroidery yarn and sewn it onto a green background with a chewed leaf at the top.
Love both of these Wendy.

Snails are the enemy to me but these two little chaps are very endearing.
ReplyDeleteLove the fact that your two snails will not go hungry! Lovely snails and great backgrounds. I imagine the embroidery one was difficult to do. Great work.
ReplyDeleteYour shrinkie cracked me up! 2 great pieces this week showing plenty of humour even if we do hate it when they chomp our favourite flowers!

Snails may not be my favorites, but yours are just sweet and quite lovable.
ReplyDeleteLove them both, especially the sewn one - sooooo clever!
ReplyDeleteI love these, love the fact that you did such detail in the backgrounds of them.
ReplyDeleteThe top one looks very happy.
ReplyDeleteMerle.......
They are both fantastic, the sewn one is my favourite.

I really love your first tiny snail on the leaf, it's so cute :-)
ReplyDeleteBoth snails look blissfully fat! As always quite beautiful all in an inch!
