On Every Inchie Monday the word is weapon. So much to choose from, but not easy to portray on an inch. I have made for the sewn one a catapult ( an very early weapon) Made from some twigs, a piece of fine leather, and some beads to fire from it. It wouldn't kill a midge if it was in front of it. For the other, I have used the ultimate weapon, a nuclear bomb.

Wow Wendy these are both very powerful weapons and such wonderful artwork

Kind of a depressing word; however, you did a great interpretation of it.
ReplyDeleteGruesome and well done :)
ReplyDeleteOh my, that miniature 3-D is amazing! Both are great.
ReplyDeletegreat ideas - your twig catapult is awesome - amazing what you can do so small!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fab job you've done of the slingshot - even if it won't kill a gnat!

Weapons from two very different times in history and as nations, we still haven't learnt how to live without them - weapons that is. Very thought provoking for such tiny pieces of art and such clever interpretations.
ReplyDeleteAwesome weapons Wendy, as always love your sewn one.

Not sure how you made both so small and with so much detail but you did it again, awesome
ReplyDeleteVery different interpretations from across generations, Wendy. Never cease to impress what you pack into such teenie spaces. Have a brilliant day! c
ReplyDeleteMy goodness, your sewn Inchie is out of this world!!! I was thinking along the lines of David and Goliath! Simply fantastic!! And yes, the ever fearsome nuclear bomb. The ultimate weapon, and hopefully never to be used!!!!!
