On Every Inchie Monday the word is ballet. For the sewn one I made a very tiny tutu, and a little pair of ballet shoes. They look like two different pinks, but the fabric is shiny, so reacted differently with being scanned. Very fiddly it was to.
For the drawn one I have used the title of a ballet rather than trying to draw a ballerina, It is done on watercolour paper with watercolour paints. Swan lake seemed to be the obvious one to do, as drawing figures I can't do.
Do go and see what the others have done, it's surprising what different ideas we all have.

Seems that most of us were all of one mind for ballet, the swan is beautiful and I adore that tutu! great job
ReplyDeleteYour two Inchies are so clever. I was thinking of making a tutu myself, but I couldn't find the material so I had to draw it. I like the dimension yours has.

so talented... and TWO! I like them both very much. You're very creative. I think it's funny how so many people thought of Swan Lake... I kept thinking of the Nutcracker and ALMOST went that direction =)
