For this tag, for Tag Tuesday, I couldn't resist a sea type scene, as I love blue and orange together, The background of the tag is tissue paper, that I put under card that I am spraying, These come in very useful for covering tags with. I stamped the fish on orange card, and cut them out. When they were in place, I added some fibres for seaweed.
