I am hosting Art Journal Journey this month with the theme of Above us only skies. A line from a Beatles song Imagine. These can be only type of sky, and I am starting off with a night sky with a barn owl flying across it. I collaged the page and then painted it. The owl was from a magazine, and a drew a tree on the left and spattered white paint to finish off.
This is beautiful. To be honest, this is the first time I recognized the tree. It is a lovely addition. The owl really does take center stage. This is a wonderful first entry, Wendy.
